Let the Dogs Out at First Hill Fidos- July 14th

Bork Bork Bork! First Hill Improvement Association is back at it again with the Second Annual First Hill Fidos! It’ll be a howling good time.

Walk yourself and your best friend to First Hill Park (1201 University St) on Thursday, July 14th at 5:45pm to register your pooch into the competition, we’ve got room for 30 doggos and entry is on a first come first serve basis. The show starts at 6:15pm.

There are four categories: Cutest Fido, Best Dressed, Best Trick, and the Best in Show, so come prepared to strut your four-legged stuff. There are prizes for the winners from our event sponsors as voted on by the audience.

The Seattle Barkery will be there with their truck full of baked goodies for the pups and coffee for the humans. Be sure to check out the Mud Bay and COLA info tables. There will be music and a doggy photo booth and loads of opportunities to have fun with your human and canine neighbors!

The summer series of events along University Street is funded through a grant from Only In Seattle, and our mission is to build community and enhance the public realm along this neighborhood green street.

This event is free and open to the public. Bring your dogs to enter in the contest or just come and behold the cuteness. Invite your friends and neighbors!
